1. Present the idea to the women in your circles
2. Find a committed hostess or rotation of hostesses
3. Discuss desired topics. Be creative!
4. Select the day and time to repeat monthly
5. Coordinate and schedule presenters
6. Spread the word and create an email list
7. Send the invite and encourage sharing with friends
8. Get together and celebrate the feminine genius

Topics

Sourdough
Make sourdough starter together and teach the steps to make bread.

Gardening
Plant seeds in a small pot and teach the basics of gardening.

Clothing Care 
Bring something to mend and teach the basic hand stitches. Include tips and tricks on stain removal.

Wine and Paint Night
Guide the group through a "follow me" painting experience. Remember to bring your own wine glass!

Etiquette and Hospitality
Discuss the art of hosting and how to be a good guest. Include challenges that a hostess might come across.

Minimalism
Show how to organize, store, and downsize clothing, toys, kitchen gear and other household items. 

Book Exchange
Have everyone bring a book to exchange and showcase your favorites.

Recipe Swap
Have everyone bring their favorite cookbooks and tab their favorite recipes. Have pre-filled recipe cards ready to share.
